Applied Industrial Technologies seeks an experienced Account Manager to grow advanced fluidics solutions with semiconductor OEMs, foundries, IDMs, and fab equipment suppliers. The position requires technical sales expertise, semiconductor manufacturing knowledge, and experience managing complex capital equipment, components, or subsystems. You will position valves, manifolds, sensors, hoses, fittings, weldments, and chemical delivery modules for critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic account plans and revenue growth
- Build relationships across engineering, procurement, and executive teams
- Identify fluidics needs across semiconductor manufacturing applications
- Manage discovery, proposals, PoCs, negotiations, and design-in
- Use CRM to achieve targets, forecasts, and pipeline goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 7–10+ years of semiconductor technical sales experience
- Understanding of front-end, back-end, and wafer fab processes
- Proven key account growth and long-cycle sales management
- CRM proficiency, such as Salesforce
