  • 7–10+ years of direct technical sales/account management in the semiconductor industry, proven track record of selling complex capital equipment, components, or subsystems.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (front-end, back-end, wafer fab tools) and the critical role of fluidics in areas such as chemical delivery, CMP slurries, photoresist coating, wet etch/clean, ultrapure water, cooling liquids, and gas/liquid precursors.
  • Proven track record managing key accounts, navigating long sales cycles, and achieving growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage technically with engineers while also driving commercial outcomes with supply chain management teams.
  • Experience with fluidic products (valves, manifolds, fittings, flow sensors, hoses, weldments) strongly preferred.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce); familiarity with strategic selling frameworks a plus.
  • Existing semiconductor network (Applied Materials, Lam Research, TSMC, Intel, Samsung, ASML, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
