DC Cycle Counter / Customer Pickups Dock Associate

The Brick is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused DC Cycle Counter / Customer Pickups Dock Associate to join our Distribution Centre team. In this role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting while ensuring a positive customer experience during merchandise pickups.
What You'll Do
Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Verify inventory movements and update warehouse systems accurately.
Prepare customer orders for pickup and ensure order accuracy.
Assist customers with merchandise pickups in a professional and friendly manner.
Verify customer identification and pickup documentation.
Load merchandise safely into customer vehicles when required.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (where certified).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support other warehouse and inventory functions as needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, distribution centre, inventory control, or customer service experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift experience or certification is considered an asset.
Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Ability to bend, twist, reach, crouch, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable working at varying heights and operating material handling equipment when required.
Schedule Requirements
Weekend availability is required.
Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
