- Communicate with customers face to face to understand concerns and explain recommended repairs.
- Work with technicians and service locations to coordinate repairs and prepare accurate estimates.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments while ensuring a smooth service experience.
- Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
