Dealer Order Specialist (Call Centre CSR)

Hybrid (Mon-Thu in office, Fridays remote)
About the Role
We\'re seeking a customer-focused Dealer Order Specialist to support retail store orders, investigate delivery issues, process emergency requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound order and delivery inquiries.
- Investigate missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.
- Process emergency orders and provide order updates.
- Resolve invoice and order discrepancies.
- Coordinate with transportation, distribution, and supply chain teams.
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of call centre, order entry, or customer service experience.
- Experience handling orders and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Assets Bilingual (English/French).
- Logistics, transportation, supply chain, or retail experience.
- Microsoft Access experience.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM
- One-week afternoon rotation every 6 weeks (1:45 PM - 10:00 PM, WFH)
- Rotating weekends (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, WFH)
- Friday and Monday off when scheduled for weekend work
