Job Summary
We are hiring 10 Production Workers and Machine Operators for opportunities in Milton within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating machinery, completing quality inspections, packing finished products, and labeling items accurately. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of production, manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience who are comfortable working 12‐hour rotating continental swing shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Complete quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Monitor production flow and report machine issues, defects, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all health, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $21.55 to $22.25 per hour, depending on shift.
