Job Summary
We are hiring Production Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for reliable, hands-on candidates who enjoy active work, production line tasks, and being part of a fast-paced team.
As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations through sorting, packing, quality checks, and general production line duties. This opportunity offers weekly pay, full-time hours, on-the-job training, and the potential to be hired permanently.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on the production line to support packaging, sorting, and general manufacturing tasks.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency according to production standards.
- Sort, pack, and prepare finished goods for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow safety procedures, production instructions, and supervisor direction.
- Support team productivity by staying flexible and assisting where needed on the line.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.85 to $22.25 per hour.
- Base rate: $20.85 per hour.
- Night shift premium: $0.70 per hour.
- 12-hour shift premium: $0.70 per hour.

- On-the-job training provided.
- Full-time hours with potential for full-time hire.
- Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
- Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Night shift: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Alternating weekly schedule.
