Lead improvements targeting safety, quality, cost, delivery, OEE, and waste Apply 5 Whys, A3, DMAIC, 5S, and value stream mapping Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and safety teams Implement sustainable countermeasures and monitor long-term effectiveness Document process changes in SOPs, setup sheets, and control plans Requirements:
Experience as an operations leader Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods Experience with structured problem-solving activities Understanding of SAP-driven production discipline Ability to coach employees and leaders Apply Lean expertise, structured problem solving, and operations leadership to improve automotive manufacturing performance through disciplined execution.
