The Financial Analyst will analyze business performance and financial data for informed decisions. The position partners with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include reporting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend actions to management
- Maintain financial models, templates, and analytical tools
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting completion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- Approximately five or more years' financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and modeling
- Strong SAP, ERP, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge
- CPA designation preferred or in progress
