As a Principal Strategic Alliances Manager, you will independently lead strategic initiatives across Appfire. You will connect partner priorities with solutions and business objectives. The work spans enterprise software ecosystems, marketplaces, commercial models, and evolving platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic relationships across Atlassian and technology partner organizations
- Lead partnership initiatives from opportunity identification through execution
- Monitor platform developments, roadmaps, policies, and marketplace programs
- Connect product capabilities with partner priorities and customer needs
- Translate complex developments into actionable business recommendations
Requirements:
- Seven or more years in strategic alliances or technology partnerships
- Experience managing senior external stakeholders independently
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without authority
- Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and digital marketplaces
- Experience with Product and Engineering teams on technical initiatives
