JTK Integrated Controls Inc. is looking for a Senior Electrical Control Panel Wireperson to join our growing team in Stoney Creek, Ontario. If you have experience building and wiring electrical control panels and enjoy working in a hands-on technical environment, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career with a respected controls and automation company.
We are seeking someone with strong electrical knowledge who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality control systems.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and wire industrial electrical control panels following schematics and engineering drawings
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
- Test and troubleshoot panels to ensure proper functionality
- Perform quality inspections to ensure panels meet company and client standards
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience assembling or wiring electrical control panels
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify wiring or component issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $28-$32/hour (based on experience)
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
