We are hiring a permanent, full time Physiotherapist for Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital (DHH) in Clearwater, B.C.
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Shifts times: 08:00 to 16:00

About the position:
The Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital is a Level 1 Community Hospital offering services including surgical, inpatient and 24 hour emergency. This position offers a Physiotherapist a highly dynamic caseload, including acute, outpatients, long-term care and home health visits.
The Physiotherapist works independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team providing physiotherapy services including:
- Assessment
- Treatment planning and implementation
- Program planning
- Consultation
- Equipment prescription
- Education of clients and/or their caregivers to promote functional independence
The Physiotherapist contributes to the organization and the overall goals of the profession and department; participates in departmental/program quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education; and provides work direction to the rehabilitation assistant working with the rehabilitation team.
