This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior counsel on a diverse range of complex coverage matters while continuing to build hands-on litigation experience in a supportive and progressive environment.
Compensation: $143,000+ commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior counsel on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, which will form the core of their practice. This includes work across commercial property, builders risk, general and commercial liability, wrap-up liability, professional liability, directors & officers, and errors & omissions policies.
- The associate will also maintain a general civil litigation practice to complement their experience.
- Intermediate associates will be expected to manage their own files, commensurate with complexity.
Qualifications:
- Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 3+ years of post call experience.
- Dedicated focus on insurance coverage matters is required
- Comfortable with a 1600 annual billable target
