Lead strategic planning for MTO and alternative delivery programs Represent the organization as a senior transportation advisor Drive technical excellence, quality, schedule, and commercial objectives Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risks Champion innovation and sustainable highway delivery approaches Requirements:
P.Eng. designation in Canada; Ontario preferred Civil Engineering degree or related educational background 15+ years managing complex highway infrastructure projects Strong understanding of MTO processes and requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Apply transportation strategy, MTO knowledge, and infrastructure delivery leadership to programs with significant impact across Ontario communities.
