Lead MTO highway design and delivery programs across the Greater Toronto Area with P.Eng. expertise and senior project leadership experience. This senior leadership role manages complex MTO highway infrastructure assignments, including P3 and alternative delivery initiatives. You will guide multidisciplinary teams while aligning engineering, client strategy, and infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale MTO highway design projects
- Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex assignments
- Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, quality assurance, and risks
- Guide contract documentation, proposals, and project planning
- Maintain trusted relationships with MTO and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Canadian P.Eng. designation; Ontario designation preferred
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 15+ years managing complex highway infrastructure projects
- Direct MTO Design & Delivery experience required
- Experience with MTO, P3, or alternative delivery models
- Bring transportation leadership, MTO delivery expertise, and multidisciplinary project management experience to Ontario’s major infrastructure programs.
