This Commercial Property Manager role supports an 800,000-square-foot portfolio for a family-run owner operator. Candidates may be Commercial PMs, Commercial PMAs, or Junior Property Managers ready for advancement. The work includes contractor coordination, asset documentation, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across assigned commercial properties
- Coordinate maintenance involving electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and low voltage systems
- Schedule contractors, vendors, and project management initiatives
- Supervise external service providers and document asset histories
- Lead safety inspections and enforce regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- At least one year managing a commercial portfolio
- Alternatively, two or more years as Junior Property Manager or Senior PMA
- Availability to travel across the GTA, Barrie, Richmond Hill, and Scarborough
- Industrial portfolio management experience is ideal
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
