Configure CCaaS platforms and integrations for a Big 5 Bank from hybrid Downtown Toronto, working two to three days weekly onsite. Apply APIs, workflows, and telephony concepts to support contact center operations and customer experiences.
This twelve month contract focuses on contract to hire for a CCaaS Platform Developer. The position covers configuration, customization, integration, maintenance, and quality assurance. You will work with IVR, call routing, agent desktop, dialer modules, RESTful APIs, middleware, and data mapping. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 37.5 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure IVR, call routing, agent desktop, and dialer modules
- Develop workflows, scripts, automation, and external application data flows
- Integrate CRMs, databases, and workforce management systems
- Perform updates, patches, upgrades, and technical support
- Execute testing and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- More than six years CCaaS platform development experience
- Proficiency with APIs, scripting languages, and workflow designers
- Experience with SIP, ACD, CTI, and IVR concepts
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, middleware, and data mapping
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
