We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our production operations. Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific role within the facility and are expected to cross-train across other related tasks over time. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards
- Perform visual and physical inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance
- Handle, move, and organize materials and products safely and efficiently
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and safety protocols at all times
- Record production data accurately and report any deviations or equipment issues
- Assist with setup, changeovers, and clean-up of workstations as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in cross-training and support other production tasks as needed
- Carry out production tasks with care and precision, ensuring materials are handled and processed according to operational standards
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace, contributing to overall workflow and minimizing disruptions
- Identify and report any irregularities in product quality, equipment performance, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety standards
