As an Account Coordinator in NFP's Small Market Commercial business line, you will assist Client Managers with daily account management practices. Your work includes remarketing, renewals, portfolio transfers, and client communication. Applied/EPIC, Policyworks, and Microsoft Suite knowledge support accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop carrier submissions, applications, reports, loss runs, and MVRs
- Manage manual renewals, billing, invoicing, and premium financing
- Process portfolio transfer applications under carrier requirements
- Gather underwriting information through customer correspondence
- Create proposals and identify coverage gaps for Client Managers
Requirements:
- Active RIBO licence; other provincial designations considered an asset
- Two to three years of P&C insurance experience
- Knowledge of Applied/EPIC, Policyworks, and Microsoft Suite
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Attention to detail and technical proficiency
