Forward Deployed AI Accelerator

The Forward Deployed AI Accelerator is embedded directly with a cohort of roughly 20 marketers. Your job: make AI the default mode for all of their work. Not an occasional assist. The foundation. You'll build alongside them—custom tools, agents, automations, skills—tailored to each person's specific responsibilities. Then you'll coach them through the full arc: from curiosity, to first win, to regular integration, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency. Your measure of success is simple: how many workflows have you permanently transformed, and how often does your cohort reach for an AI tool before anything else?

What you'll do

• Start by deeply understanding your cohort's processes and outputs, then identify and document the highest-leverage transformation opportunities.
• Build custom tools, agents, and automations tailored to each marketer's day-to-day work.
• Coach each person through a progressive journey toward AI-first execution and eventual self-sufficiency.
• Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools, creating independence rather than dependency.
• Recognize patterns across your cohort and systematically scale what works—a tool built for one should become reusable for peers.
• Document every tool, playbook, and transformation pattern so the broader team can leverage your work.
• Track individual and cohort progress against a defined maturity model.

Who you are

• You’ve already lived the transformation you'll be driving. AI is your default operating mode, not a novelty.
• You build agents, automations, and tools fluently—and you can do it in real time alongside the people you're supporting.
• You’re an exceptional coach who meets people where they are.
• You understand marketing work (or can learn it fast).
• You’re a pattern recognizer who thinks in systems, not one-off solutions.
• You bias toward action—a working proof-of-concept today beats a polished deck next quarter.
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity, because this is a new team building a new operating model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
• Track record of coaching or enabling others with evidence they actually changed how they work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in marketing, marketing operations, or growth.
• Proficiency with AI development tools (Claude, Claude Code, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, workflow automation).
• Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement.
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks (Marketo, Salesforce, analytics, content management).
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or technical account management.

Compensation

OTE: $155,000–$240,000. Salary ranges are inclusive of multiple career levels and will be narrowed based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical/dental/vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
