This position welcomes a Registered Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant. You will support complex cases, dermatology treatments, client communication, and compassionate nursing care. The clinic provides specialty medicine within Animal Dermatology Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex dermatology cases with the technical team
- Prepare, restrain, and monitor animals during procedures
- Assist with procedures, wound care, and bandaging
- Recognize patient issues and communicate findings to doctors
- Record keeping and dispense prescribed medications
Requirements:
- Veterinary facility experience, training, or education
- Registered Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Excellent communication and people-oriented service skills
- Ability to perform listed RVT medical procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; lift 40 pounds
