What You'll Do
- Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it's fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
- Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.
What You Bring
- 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests.
- A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills.
- A love for mixology and crafting outstanding drinks.
