As part of Andrew Peller Limited's Accounts Receivable Shared Services team, you will apply incoming payments and support financial operations. The position requires reconciliation experience, business-to-business payment knowledge, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply EFT, ACH, cheque, wire, card, and debit payments
- Research unapplied cash, discrepancies, and customer deductions
- Maintain customer records, payment histories, and reconciliations
- Reconcile daily receipts against bank statements
- Prepare reports and support closing activities
Requirements:
- Accounting, Finance, or related college diploma or degree
- At least two years' Accounts Receivable experience
- Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- ERP experience; Oracle Cloud is an asset
- Analytical, accurate, communicative, and independently organized
