Own customer retention and growth at AMZ Prep while managing account relationships, service requirements, and cross-functional delivery across North America. As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio after launch and serve as its primary customer contact. You will coordinate with Operations, IT, and Finance while translating requirements into deliverables. The role combines relationship building, performance reporting, invoice auditing, and solutions-focused problem solving. Key Responsibilities:
