Shape industrial manufacturing performance at Amrize’s Brookfield Cement Plant using safety leadership, budgeting, and operational management expertise. Travel requirements are 10%. As Production Manager, you oversee the plant’s safety, financial, and operational performance. You contribute to budgets, cost savings, KPI targets, and performance plans. The position also supports health and safety systems, equipment efficiency, inventory reconciliation, and collaboration with Sales and Distribution. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate, improve, and uphold safety and environmental policies Maintain efficient cleaning, housekeeping, and spill prevention Conduct monthly financial reviews and forecasts with teams Reconcile inventories accurately across plant operations Build career and succession plans and follow collective agreements Requirements:
Production, Automation, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering background preferred Ten years of industrial manufacturing experience Five years of progressive management experience Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and change management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Use industrial operations leadership, financial review, and safety management capabilities to support Amrize’s Brookfield production objectives.
