As a Plant Superintendent, you will oversee the safe operation of a concrete batch plant and manage drivers and maintenance. Your focus on health, safety, and environmental policies is critical, along with fostering a positive work environment and coaching employees. Collaboration with customers and accurate scheduling will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure safety guidelines are followed
- Manage drivers and maintain inventory efficiently
- Coordinate routine maintenance and oversee scheduling
- Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team
- Submit timely reports to the area administrator
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience
- Customer service orientation essential
- Strong communication skills required
- Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP, Command-Alkon
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
