Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, educate on the effects of hearing loss, and provide quality after-care services.
- Offer personalized consultations on hearing solutions to fit individual needs and lifestyles.
- Guide customers through device fitting and demonstrations, and educate them on the importance of hearing health.
- Promote hearing health awareness through community outreach events and partnership engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy and privacy by maintaining customer records and complying with all protected health data requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional credentials through continuous education and networking.
- Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories, contributing to individual and office revenue goals.
- Support marketing initiatives and manage special events to drive local engagement.
- Partner with the Client Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective schedule management, and store operations.
Qualifications
- A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Masters degree in Audiology.
- Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
- Students and recent graduates who are completing licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
