In this hands-on role, you will ensure that all repairs on construction equipment are conducted safely and effectively while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Amico's health and safety standards
- Mentor and support apprentices in their development
- Manage schedules and parts needs effectively
- Diagnose various mechanical issues and repair as needed
- Ensure thorough documentation of service activities
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in heavy equipment repair
- Holds a valid 310T license; 421A license preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with diagnostic technology and equipment types
- Possess a valid G class driver's license and clean record
