Senior Living Sales Director in Ottawa

Drive suite sales and occupancy for Amica GTA West through relationship selling, community networking, and senior living marketing. This full-time role connects prospects with premium hospitality.

As Community Relations Director, you will lead sales, marketing, and promotional activities for suite awareness and leasing. You will communicate Amica's amenities, conduct tours, manage prospects, and maintain timely database updates. The position combines relationship development with reporting, events, budgeting, and collaboration with the General Manager and corporate marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed monthly occupancy and revenue targets through suite leasing
• Conduct tours and communicate community amenities to prospects
• Maintain prospect databases and monitor the community waitlist
• Coordinate marketing events and complete return-on-investment reports
• Develop sales plans with management and corporate marketing

Requirements:

• Post-secondary sales, marketing, or related program graduation
• Experience developing sales, marketing, and community relations plans
• Proven relationship selling and excellent interpersonal skills
• Budget management, event planning, and customer database experience
• Valid driver's license and flexible evening, weekend availability
