Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare menu-aligned resident meals
- Cook attractive, palatable meals in required quantities
- Lead staff preparing food, trays, cleaning, and storage
- Maintain a clean food service work area
- Handle, store, and dispose of food supplies properly
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Preferred sanitation or safe food handling certification
- Prior institutional or healthcare service experience preferred
- Follow state, federal, and departmental food procedures
