Licensed Practical Nurses provide resident care through assessments, wound care, and emergency response during evening shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
This position seeks two LPNs with empathy, patience, and a caring approach. You will assess residents, follow protocols, document findings, and support patients and the team. Work ethic, integrity, and competence guide successful employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and report medical or behavioral changes
- Complete admissions, MAR, TAR, POS, charts, and orders
- Manage discharges, notifications, documentation, and transportation
- Provide protocol-based wound care and dressing changes
- Lead CNAs and CMTs according to facility policies
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
- Genuine empathy and patience for residents
- Caring approach toward patients and team members
- Work ethic, integrity, and competence
- Ability to respond effectively during emergencies
