Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, this manager oversees AP activities across AIM. The position combines hands-on operations leadership with process improvement, controls, and digital transformation. You will guide supervisors, team leads, and specialists while supporting consistent service across business divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams handling trade, non-trade, freight, and payment processing
- Oversee invoices, expenses, freight charges, and supplier payments
- Establish KPIs, objectives, and accounts payable service standards
- Drive workflow optimization and artificial intelligence automation initiatives
- Manage escalations from suppliers, stakeholders, and senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Minimum eight years' progressive accounts payable or finance experience
- Minimum five years managing large teams
- Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or Maximo
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
