In this role, you'll provide comprehensive IT support across various Ontario locations. Your expertise will span Windows 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms, all within a Microsoft 365 environment. You'll also monitor IT ticketing systems to maintain service level agreements, while managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Azure and Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support at multiple Ontario sites
- Manage IT ticketing system resolutions and SLAs
- Support Azure, Intune, and Microsoft services
- Deploy and configure desktops and servers
- Adhere to network equipment standards across sites
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in IT support roles
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Intune
- Familiar with Cisco and Fortinet hardware
- Valid Ontario driver's license for travel
