Key Responsibilities:
- Understand staffing needs with hiring managers
- Recommend recruitment strategies and interview techniques
- Manage postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Conduct market mapping and direct candidate outreach
- Represent Kenny U-Pull at recruitment events
Requirements:
- One year managing the full recruitment cycle
- Ability to source talent in competitive markets
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities
- Ability to influence hiring managers and stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English; valid driver's license
