Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with benefit enrollment, eligibility verification, and required documentation
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance
- Respond to client questions regarding coverage, policies, and available benefit programs
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with individuals requesting additional information
- Evaluate individual needs and recommend appropriate coverage options using our Needs Analysis system
- Explain policy features, enrollment procedures, and available benefits clearly
- Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional ongoing service
