Key Responsibilities
- Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits
- Review individual needs and help determine suitable coverage options
- Clearly explain policies, benefits, and available protection plans
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Provide professional follow-up and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Participate in training sessions and stay current on products, procedures, and company updates
