Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Surrey

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual

Reports to: Nurse Supervisor

Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Your Day to Day:

• Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.);
• Supervising nurse assistants for medication administration;
• Assess and monitor patient medication response;
• Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings;
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care;
• Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care;

What You Bring to the Table:

• LPN Licensein British Columbia (required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care
• Korean language skills(preferred)
• Self-motivated and reliable

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
