As a Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, you will support the Segmentation and Planning team within Central StratOps, GTM and Analytics. You will design sales planning workflows, build scalable mechanisms, and help Sales managers operate efficiently. The work spans segmentation, account planning, quotas, and seller workflows across regions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects improving segmentation, planning, and operational process efficiency Coordinate Finance, Sales AI, Sales Tech, and regional Sales leadership Analyze process gaps and develop simple, scalable solutions Manage planning workflows, dependencies, risks, and milestones Communicate complex analytical results clearly to stakeholders Requirements:
10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience implementing CRM, compensation, reporting, or forecasting tools Experience defining and implementing sales processes and policies Salesforce, BI, or senior leadership presentation experience preferred Bring analytical judgment, process design, and cross-functional leadership to Amazon Ads sales planning and operational execution.
