Build AWS automation for Amazon Fulfillment Technology while improving Warehouse Management Systems availability, resiliency, and security in Toronto. Use Python and Java.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will support Amazon Fulfillment Technologies and its global fulfillment network. You will work with more than 100 engineering teams across locations, addressing complex infrastructure challenges. Your work will strengthen systems and pipelines supporting products and features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automation for recurring infrastructure-related manual tasks
- Support software upgrades and AWS region creation or migration
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues
- Develop monitoring solutions and maintain software configurations
- Build scalable tools automating business and operational processes
Requirements:
- One or more years software development experience
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Knowledge of web services and distributed systems preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and independent work skills
