Five-plus years of alternative mortgage market experience Two-plus years of mortgage underwriting experience At least one year leading, coaching, or managing teams Knowledge of credit risk, AML, ATF, and fraud indicators Experience with Fundmore and Microsoft Office 365 Bring mortgage underwriting, credit adjudication, and leadership expertise to Bridgewater Bank’s hybrid team and partner network.
