- Ensure solicitor conditions are fulfilled before disbursement
- Coordinate tracking, follow-up, and documentation management
Requirements:
- Three years of mortgage or financial institution experience
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of mortgage funding documentation requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Wealthview Banking and Filogix systems
