Alto is seeking a Legal Counsel, Transactions to support the Legal Affairs department on the High-Speed Rail project connecting Quebec City and Toronto. You will report to the Vice President, Legal Affairs, and collaborate with the Legal Affairs, Transactions group. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and procurement documents, advise on procurement strategies and trade compliance, and support regulatory and governance matters with practical risk mitigation.
