Reporting to the Vice-President, Internal Audit, this Coordinator supports audit priorities and operational processes. The work includes data analytics, sample testing, templates, records, and stakeholder coordination. It also contributes to Alto's Internal Audit Quality Assurance Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate information, logistics, and administrative Internal Audit activities
- Create and update operational dashboards
- Perform quality control on documents and deliverables
- Manage templates, records, documentation, and information systems
- Support data analytics and sample testing on audit engagements
Requirements:
- Four years of relevant operational support experience in an agile environment
- Post-secondary education in administration, accounting, or data analytics
- Proficiency with M365, SharePoint, and Power BI
- French and English proficiency, spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
