The role: As a Product Manager, Ecommerce experience, you will build a seamless and high-converting e-commerce experience by leading projects from concept to launch through data-driven decisions and clear prioritization. You will maximize product value by balancing hands-on delivery with strategic thinking, while leveraging AI tools with strong critical judgment to validate insights.

What you'll do:

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate the research and analysis of user insights, data, and market trends to guide product decisions and feature prioritization.
• Define and prioritize product requirements to improve roadmap outcomes while aligning stakeholder needs with overarching business goals.
• Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to maintain clarity, alignment, and seamless project delivery.
• Design and continuously optimize the end-to-end customer journey, building interactive prototypes that translate product decisions into a flawless user experience.
• Own product outcomes by monitoring KPIs, driving iterative improvements, and proactively sharing results company-wide.
• Support decision-making for trade-offs — balancing scope, quality, speed, and business value — while keeping choices aligned with the broader roadmap direction.
• Document key decisions and learnings to ensure transparency and alignment within the team.
• Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions to influence priorities with data-driven insights.
• Integrate AI into daily product processes and evaluate how it can enhance both internal efficiency and product features.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in user experience (UX) and customer-centric design, combined with a strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces; familiarity with Figma is a strong asset.
• Proven experience delivering agile projects in collaboration with development teams, including leading implementations with significant change management phases.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for research, documentation, and process improvement, possessing the judgment to critically evaluate generated outputs.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
