Lead IFRS reporting and financial operations as a Financial Controller in Downtown Vancouver, working fully on-site across Canadian and US operations. This permanent, full-time Financial Controller reports to the Senior Director, Finance. You will lead accounting professionals, oversee reporting, and strengthen controls. The role combines CPA-level accounting expertise, people leadership, and process improvement within a publicly traded, direct-to-consumer retail organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop three accounting professionals Oversee closes, consolidations, IFRS reporting, and financial statements Strengthen controls, policies, reconciliations, and audit readiness Coordinate audits, reviews, MD&A, filings, and executive reporting Champion automation, process improvements, and scalable financial systems Requirements:
9+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA designation and demonstrated people leadership Advanced IFRS and public company reporting expertise Canadian and US tax knowledge with consolidation experience Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills Apply your IFRS, consolidation, controls, and leadership expertise to strengthen financial reporting across Canadian and US operations.
