This permanent, full-time Financial Controller reports to the Senior Director, Finance. You will lead accounting professionals, oversee reporting, and strengthen controls. The role combines CPA-level accounting expertise, people leadership, and process improvement within a publicly traded, direct-to-consumer retail organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop three accounting professionals Oversee closes, consolidations, IFRS reporting, and financial statements Strengthen controls, policies, reconciliations, and audit readiness Coordinate audits, reviews, MD&A, filings, and executive reporting Champion automation, process improvements, and scalable financial systems Requirements:
