Your Responsibilities
- You'll lead the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, trade shows, and dealer initiatives, including RFP processes and event logistics.
- You'll collaborate with brand teams and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging events aligned with business objectives.
- You'll manage corporate sponsorships, vendor relationships, and event materials to ensure seamless delivery.
- You'll create and refine presentations, templates, and communications that reflect brand standards.
- You'll oversee promotional merchandise, including forecasting, ordering, inventory management, and communications.
- You'll coordinate marketing purchasing, invoicing, and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- You'll support dealer communications and event initiatives, keeping projects organized and stakeholders informed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 25 years of event marketing experience, including corporate events, meeting planning, and trade show coordination.
- University degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with online applications, HTML creation, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered an asset. Availability for occasional business travel is required.
