This 14-month contract seeks a bilingual Event Coordinator with event marketing experience. You will plan corporate events, meetings, trade shows, and dealer initiatives. The work combines project management, brand communications, vendor coordination, and relationship building across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and trade shows
- Coordinate RFP processes, logistics, sponsorships, vendors, and materials
- Collaborate with brand teams and internal stakeholders
- Create presentations, templates, and brand-aligned communications
- Manage promotional merchandise, purchasing, invoices, and reconciliation
Requirements:
- 25 years of event marketing experience
- University degree in Marketing or Corporate Communications
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including InDesign and Photoshop
