This 1-year contract position involves direct engagement with an on-site North American IT infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining systems, as well as collaborating with regional and central IT teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs and IT equipment
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server technologies
- Troubleshoot networks in Cisco and Meraki environments

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience in technical support
- Associate degree in Science; Bachelor preferred
