What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service on insurance policies.
- Address inquiries and concerns while guiding clients through their options.
- Assist with policy updates, claims, and coverage changes.
- Recommend insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Build lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with your team to achieve success.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with the best advice.
What You Bring
- A valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification.
- Experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
